Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Essential duties include coordinating and participating in resident care, managing and administering IVs, and supervising, instructing, and assisting LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs.
This role involves overseeing direct care activities to assure care delivery is consistent and follows policies and procedures, and participating in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program.
