Skills & Requirements
Must-have

2-3 years process improvement experience
Familiarity with DMAIC and Lean tools
Knowledge of process mapping tools
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification
Healthcare industry experience
Proven leadership and facilitation skills
Experience with continuous improvement culture
Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Excel
