Must-have
Evaluate patients within 24 hours
Develop and implement treatment plans
Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants
Maintain documentation per state and payer requirements
Conduct in-service training for staff
Communicate patient progress with health team

Ability to relate positively with patients and staff
Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences
Act as clinical preceptor for students and fellows
Key Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist
Completion of 350 supervised clinical practicum hours
At least 9 months supervised full-time SLP experience
Successful completion of national SLP examination
Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care software
Maintain license in good standing with state board
