  • Manage, motivate, coach, and set goals for Procurement leads; build a culture of leadership, creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Develop and manage contingency risk plans to assure on-site availability, quality, and budget adherence; escalate issues to protect patients and business reputation.
