  • Develop and continuously optimize the sales governance framework, policies, processes, and standards to align with company strategy and Chinese regulatory requirements, overseeing sales compliance including anti-bribery, data privacy, contract management, and industry standards.
  • Drive sales organization capability building and cultural transformation, internalizing governance as a core competency, and protecting the company's brand reputation and operating licenses in the Chinese market.
