Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC and refrigeration systems expertise
Electrical and plumbing maintenance skills
Preventive and repair work order execution
Use of CMMS systems such as Corrigo
Facility interior and exterior repairs
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Trades school or apprenticeship experience
Ability to perform call-in work
Strong technical multi-skilled background
Focus on energy efficient equipment maintenance
Key Requirements
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
Minimum four years technical building engineering experience
Valid state driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Two years trades school or apprenticeship preferred
