Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
Instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge, and report equipment problems to ensure good working order.
