Job Summary
Provide troubleshooting support and resolution for Business Learning Representatives and Global Learning Services as appropriate for system related issues (i.e. Cornerstone, ServiceNow).
Collaborate with peers within the region and globally to ensure the Global Learning Services network provides consistent and effective services to our customers.
