We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with advanced expertise in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to join our team and support a newly established automation process area.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and OEM partners to install, troubleshoot and optimize automated machinery, contributing to the startup, commissioning, and ongoing performance of a highly automated production environment.

Must-have
PLC troubleshooting and maintenance
Allen-Bradley RSLogix/Studio5000 expertise
Automated manufacturing environment experience
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet)
Safety PLCs and lockout/tagout procedures
Nice-to-have
Experience with Industry 4.0/Smart Factory systems
Familiarity with SCADA, MES, or Industrial IoT
Exposure to robotics and motion control systems
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Proactive and solutions-driven approach
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Requirements
Associate degree or technical diploma preferred
PLC programming certification or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years maintenance technician experience
Proven expertise with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms
Familiarity with safety and machine safeguarding systems
