The role requires participating in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting in the facility's quality assurance program.

Must-have
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities
Ensure compliance with federal state regulations

Experience in long-term care facilities
Knowledge of PCC systems preferred

Key Requirements
Current active RN license in the state
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
2 years or more experience preferably in long-term care
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Current CPR certification required
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
