This position supports the sustainment and operational monitoring of next-generation cyber defense systems that enable downstream Air Force cyber operations.
The Cyber Infrastructure Specialist serves as a frontline operational support resource, responsible not only for managing incidents and service requests, but also for monitoring system alerts, health indicators, and performance messages to ensure mission systems remain functional and available.
The position requires on-site presence at Joint Base San Antonio.

Salary
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Key Requirements
4 years of experience testing, implementing, deploying, maintaining, and administering enterprise infrastructure
Experience monitoring system alerts, health dashboards, or operational status indicators
Experience performing routine system maintenance
Working knowledge of configuration management principles
Experience troubleshooting enterprise systems
Familiarity with ServiceNow
Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux)
Foundational understanding of networking principles
Experience supporting cloud-based platforms or hybrid enterprise environments
DoD 8140 work role (521) Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support Specialist certification
