Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in talent acquisition
8+ years of people management experience
Experience leading global recruiting teams
Ability to work from Hyderabad office 2-3x per week
Must work across multiple time zones, including IST evening hours
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)
