Job Summary
This part-time research assistant position is available in the Food Science Department at The Pennsylvania State University as part of an externally funded research project.
The primary objective is to demonstrate that modulation of the fermentable sugar profile can enable the production of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beer with reduced residual sugars.
A secondary objective is to evaluate the impact of different dry-hopping regimes on the physicochemical properties and flavor-related characteristics of selected NABLAB formulations.
