Job Summary

  • Perform basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, general building upkeep, maintenance and repair, and general plastering and painting.
  • Supervise 3rd party contractors on premises, relocate and reposition furniture as necessary, and assist in parking management.
