Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance
  • 7 years Aerospace Industry experience with Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years US Government contracts experience
  • 1+ years Leadership experience in Business Management
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree and 9+ years related experience
  • Experience with proposal development and negotiation
  • Working level knowledge of Strike program
  • Active Special Program Access Primary Level clearance
  • Demonstrated leadership in diverse team environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years Aerospace experience (or Master's/PhD with reduced years)
  • Must possess active DoD Secret or Top-Secret clearance within last 6 years
  • US Citizenship required for government clearance positions
