Key Requirements

  • PharmD from ACPE-accredited school
  • ASHP PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent
  • ASHP PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency or equivalent
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required within 2 years
  • Current Delaware licensure or eligibility
