Job Summary
The Senior Director, Compliance is responsible for implementation of IQVIA’s global anti-bribery/anti-corruption (ABAC) and healthcare compliance (HCC) programs in the applicable regions.
The incumbent manages regional field compliance team members, reports to the Chief Compliance Officer, sits on the ECO Leadership Team, and drives a culture of ethics and integrity in all we do.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include a J.D. or Master’s degree and 10 years of direct experience or Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of direct experience, with life sciences experience and sound knowledge of relevant regulations and industry codes.
