This role supports the delivery of line training and checking activities with a strong focus on developing and standardizing Cabin Crew Line Trainers and Checkers.
The position drives quality assurance and continuous improvement to ensure training outcomes are consistent, competency-based, compliant with regulatory requirements, and audit-ready.
As a senior subject matter expert, the Deputy Manager provides coaching and operational leadership to trainers and checkers while supporting high standards of capability across the system.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability
Key Requirements
Relevant aviation, training or education qualifications
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
Significant experience in operational Cabin Crew roles
