Job Summary
This role is pivotal in introducing Micron's High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) integrated with 2.5D and 3D System in Package solutions to customers.
The incumbent will spearhead the development of innovative test algorithms and robust system test infrastructure to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.
Strategic leadership is required to synchronize efforts across Technology Development, Testing, and Manufacturing teams for a seamless product launch.

Experience with Python, TCL, or Perl scripting

Experience validating ASIC/GPU with HBM memory subsystems
Familiarity with CXL, UCIe, PCIe, and GDDR protocols

Key Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
8+ years experience (BS) or 10+ years (MS)
