Job Summary

• The HIM Manager is responsible for maintaining the security, confidentiality, completeness, and accuracy of medical records in accordance with policies and procedures and within the guidelines of regulatory agencies.
• Oversees compliance efforts related to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) and the Final Rule Audit (FRA).
• Provides an environment conducive to safety for patients, visitors, and staff.

• RHIA or RHIT certification required
• Experience in a management role preferred

• Degree in Health Information Management preferred
