Job Summary

  • This position plans, organizes, and controls the C-17 Operational Training Sites from conceptual stages, proposals and through program life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the C-17 Training System Operations and Maintenance Program to include all C-17 Training Sites, leading, mentoring, and evaluating program staff at various CONUS and OCONUS sites.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Military Air Mobility Management Experience
  • C-17 experience required
  • Experience managing C-17 training at Wing, Group and Squadron Level
  • Strong knowledge of C-17 flight simulator and training services market
  • Experience managing development of training solutions
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of program/project management software
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Ability to reason, plan, direct, and evaluate situations
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership ability with complex reasoning
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Former C-17 Evaluator/Instructor
  • Former C-17 Squadron, Group, or Wing Commander
  • C-17 Weapons School Graduate
  • Graduate level coursework is desired
  • Complex financial managerial skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is desired
