Job Summary
Responsible for finding optimal technical solutions to meet customer needs for non-standard and modernization cases, ensuring clarity on the solution’s scope and participating in customer meetings.
Accountable for technical site surveys, coordinating specification creation, performing energy calculations and traffic analyses, and ensuring the proposed solution fulfills local codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Provides technical trainings to Sales, Installation and Maintenance, offers input to product offering management, and handles engineering on Modernisation (MOD) including component upgrades, full replacement, or existing building lifts.
