Job Summary
As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, appliance repair, groundskeeping and more.
Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
