  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by physicians.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures regarding medication administration, destruction, and labeling, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, and pharmacists, and report resident complaints to the Director of Nursing Services.
