Job Summary
The Project Coordinator, Customer Service plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing customer service operations by serving as a central point of coordination across customers, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution/Transportation, and Customer Service to ensure timely, accurate order processing and communication, as well as supporting EDI and eCommerce implementations.
