Job Summary
As an Officer in the Transfer Agency SHS, you will manage day-to-day activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing and validating all daily activity, to ensure accuracy and adherence to controls within tight deadlines.
You will manage monthly and quarterly client events that have strict processing and deliverable deadlines, review and approve cash movements to our clients and their shareholders daily, and manage client Service Level Agreements as well as internal and external KPI’s.
