Key Requirements
Minimum diploma degree in technology or equivalent
At least 2 years of software development experience
3+ years of Workday technical integrations experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Solid understanding of cloud SaaS architecture
Familiarity with API concepts (SOAP/REST)
Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python)
Practical experience with Workday integration technologies
Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security
Hands-on experience with data analysis and problem solving
Solid understanding of security and data privacy standards
Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI tools
