  • Responsible for coordinating and communicating Medical Center cleaning requests by dispatching custodial workers to various cleaning requests, which may include, but not limited to: Patient discharge room cleaning, spill clean-up, and public area cleaning.
  • The Environmental Services Dispatcher is responsible for assessing customer needs, coordinating custodial workers to meet customer requests, and delivering Service Excellence.
  • This position is also responsible for preparing and maintaining periodic reports and records related to: Patient discharge room cleaning, special cleaning requests, etc.
