The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small, and large group activities, assisting with resident assessments, and maintaining attendance records.
The role requires assisting in providing good communication between employees, residents, and families, and arranging transportation for residents when necessary.
