Job Summary

  • As a Benefits Analyst at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and analysing employee benefits programs with a focus on ensuring offerings align with the requirements of a diverse workforce and comply with applicable regulations.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for benefit initiatives across the North Asia region, acting as a liaison among employees, HR professionals, and vendors to facilitate services related to Health and Insurance (H&I), Savings, Pension Services, and Supplemental Benefits.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrolment, changes, and communications for Group healthcare and Risk insurance, Voluntary Benefits plan, China Equity Plan filing support, and wellness initiatives.
