Job Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including the delivery and coordination of direct and indirect services.
This role includes supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, and training and development of Rehabilitation staff.
The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs to meet the clinical and operational needs of the facility and its residents, holding administrative authority and accountability for clinical and operational delivery.
