Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in aggregate or allied industry
• At least 4 years in direct quarry management role
• Ability to optimize processes across drilling, blasting, extraction, hauling, crushing, screening, loadout, maintenance, and site management
• Knowledge of Aggflow and AggQC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
