  • The Clinical Risk Coordinator works with the Director to develop and execute the Risk Management Plan with the primary aim being to protect patients, staff members, and visitors from inadvertent injury by providing an ongoing, comprehensive, and systematic approach to reducing risk exposures to improve quality of care and mitigate financial loss.
  • Responsibilities include evaluation of adverse and sentinel events utilizing effective communication, facilitation of root cause analyses, coordination, and implementation of loss prevention and loss mitigation activities to promote a culture of safety and to create a safe environment for quality patient care.

Key Requirements

  • Clinical Healthcare Degree (BSN, RT, PT, OT, SLP, LCSW)
  • 5+ Years clinical experience
  • CPPS, CPHQ, and/or CPHRM within 12 m of hire
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
