  • LVM concepts for creation, expansion, and removal
  • Networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
  • Storage tasks related to Linux and VMware
  • 24/7 shift work and on-call rotation availability

Nice-to-have

  • AIX, HP-UX, and Solaris experience
  • Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
  • DevOps mindset with Puppet, Foreman, Ansible
  • Cloud experience specifically Azure
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or 10+ years experience
  • 10+ years managing Linux and Unix platforms
  • 5+ years in a management role
  • Experience maintaining shift and on-call rotations
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and SLA management
