The Senior Technician supports the maintenance and operational readiness of all Front of Line (FOL) equipment, performing advanced preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment recovery.
This role executes improvement projects to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and increase productivity, while also collaborating with engineering teams on technical upgrades.
The Senior Technician provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, supports training programs, and maintains excellent 5S practices for a safe and organized manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements
