Being the Shop Manager, it is your duty to drive your shop’s success, hitting labor and sales targets as set by the Regional Shop Manager and Regional Operator.
Oversee and be responsible for all the employees at your shop: onboarding, hiring, training, coaching and corrective action, terminations etc.
