The EVS Assistant will be responsible for coordinating all department activities, including answering phone lines, monitoring the bed board, and dispatching staff to ensure requests are completed efficiently.
This position provides leadership to the Environmental Services staff on an assigned shift and customer service support to various departments regarding patient throughput, cleaning schedules, and satisfaction.
Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database software, are required, along with the ability to research and compile statistical reports.
