The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state and maintain CPR certification.
