The engineer will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, assist in procurement negotiations, and work closely with stakeholders on inspections, testing, and commissioning.

Must-have
Execution of contracts and installation progress

Supervision of works per contract drawings
Experience with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / chillers
Familiarity with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS
Nice-to-have
Experience working at Data Center or DFMA
Negotiation on procurement of materials and labor
Meeting with various stakeholders to resolve site issues
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in construction industry
