  • The Supervisor provides day to day leadership and support to approximately 11 front desk and scheduling team members, aiming for a patient centered environment while ensuring consistent, efficient administrative operations.
  • In partnership with the Practice Manager and Program Director, this role supports staffing operations by assisting with team scheduling, coverage coordination, onboarding support, and payroll submission, as well as supply ordering and inventory management to maintain smooth clinic operations.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced, people‑centered supervisor with a proven ability to lead and support high‑volume teams, bringing a strong customer service background, sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands, and a collaborative leadership style that empowers others to perform at their best.
