Activate Talent is seeking a Growth & Lifecycle Marketer to oversee the customer journey from signup to repeat purchase, focusing on community engagement and data-driven marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, ideal for someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a startup or marketplace environment

Job Summary

  • You'll own the full customer lifecycle — from the moment someone signs up to the moment they become a repeat buyer and advocate.
  • This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You’re not managing a team or writing briefs — you’re in the tools, building sequences, running experiments, and shipping weekly.
  • Everything you do ladders up to revenue. We’ll set clear targets together — including activation rate, session volume, retention, and GMV growth — and you’ll have the autonomy to figure out how to hit them.
