Production of accurate estimates and cost plans
Experience with estimating software packages
Support change control process
Commercial assurance and negotiation skills
Nice-to-have
Membership of RICS or CIOB professional body
Chartered status or working towards it
Remote work capability from the UK
Development of estimating good practice
Benchmarking analysis expertise
Key Requirements
Qualified in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
Relevant experience in large project environment
Previous experience with estimating software
RICS/CIOB membership or chartered status desirable
