Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering or Optics
3+ years industry experience in optical testing
Hands-on experience with silicon photonics chips
Proficiency in C, Python, and LabView scripting
Experience with BERTs, DCAs, VNAs, and AWGs
Nice-to-have
Experience with CAD modeling software like Zemax
Self-motivated and creative teamwork orientation
Background in telecommunications or data center interconnects
Key Requirements
Ph.D. or MS degree required
Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred
Fluent programming skills in C, Python, or LabView
