Job Summary

• To be SMEC's lead contract administration/construction supervision representative including acting under delegated authority in its capacity as Engineer for the FSM SRRIP 2 construction supervision consulting services.
• Perform all duties expected of the lead in-country role including but not necessarily limited to: Ensuring SMEC compliance with relevant supervision and contract administration obligations of the TOR and in its capacity as Engineer for the civil works contracts.

Key Requirements

• 1st degree in civil engineering
• 20 years or more experience in civil engineering
• Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience
• At least 7 years-experience administering FIDIC – based contracts
• Full membership of national or international professional institution preferred
