  • Design, administer, and update salary structures, bands, and ranges, performing competitiveness analysis based on market studies and formulating adjustment recommendations.
  • Conduct personnel selection processes, preferably for managerial level, from candidate search and evaluation to the preparation and presentation of the final report.
