PACS is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management while providing HR guidance and best practices. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in multi-state employment regulations, and the ability to analyze HR metrics to develop solutions

Job Summary

  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated regions, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance, works closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention, and identifies training needs for HR Locals.
