Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for building, executing, and leading comprehensive customer acquisition and retention programs to drive strong and consistent growth of RISE customers through Digital Activation channels.
  • This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with marketing, product, ecomm, analytics, and design teams to gain and drive a deep understanding of audience & customer data.
  • This position will also work closely with the VP, Brand Equity to align digital marketing and rewards program goals with broader business objectives.
