Job Summary
The role is responsible for building, executing, and leading comprehensive customer acquisition and retention programs to drive strong and consistent growth of RISE customers through Digital Activation channels.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with marketing, product, ecomm, analytics, and design teams to gain and drive a deep understanding of audience & customer data.
This position will also work closely with the VP, Brand Equity to align digital marketing and rewards program goals with broader business objectives.
