Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (engineering or science preferred)
Minimum 5 years program manager experience
Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional teams
Experience leading complex medical device programs
Experience leading a global program
Experience in ecosystem-level project management
Hands-on experience in My Workshop and PLM systems
