Job Summary

  • The New Business Insurance Carrier Services (ICS) Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling all carrier -facing and backend processing for prospective clients.
  • This position is responsible for building new accounts from the ground up, including the creation of TIV (Total Insurable Value) spreadsheets, assembling submission documents, and managing the flow of information between carriers, producers, and clients.
