Responsible in providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding chiller operations and maintenance. Taking charge of preparing and submiting detailed reports outlining service activities, findings, and recommendations for future improvements. Available to respond to chiller breakdown calls during assigned standby shifts.
